Gratuities
It is customary to provide your therapist a 15-20% gratuity at the time of your appointment.
Refunds
Please let your therapist know within the first 15 minutes of the massage if you are not content. We do not offer cash refunds.
Cancellations
Cancellations less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged full fee.
Insurance
The client is responsible for Insurance reimbursement. We will provide you with the credit card receipt to submit to your insurance company.
